Let all our bright
colours shine.

Year 10 from Monday 22 June 2020

As we announced last week, governors have agreed to us starting to open the school to wider numbers of Year 10 pupils from Monday 22 June 2020.  The arrangements remain as per the  letter from Ms Hayes, dated 4 June 2020, but will just start a week later then specified:

The year group will be split into 4 groups of approximately 36 pupils.  A Groupcall message will be sent shortly to inform you which group your child has been placed in:

Group 1 will be in school on Mondays

Group 2 will be in school on Tuesdays

Group 3 will be in school on Wednesdays

Group 4 will be in school on Thursdays

Each group will be divided into 3 groups of 12 to allow for all aspects of social distancing in the classrooms to be in place.

Pupils should wear full school uniform to attend.

The sessions will focus on one of the core subject areas each week: English, maths, science and RE.

The daily sessions will run from 9.30am to 12.30pm, with a 20 minute break at 10.50am.  Your child will be in the same room with the same member of staff for both sessions.

Please be assured that we have put in place all the necessary arrangements to minimise the risk of infection.
