Let all our bright
colours shine.

Dining Facilities

We at Fisher More believe that a happy, well fed pupil will find learning a more pleasurable experience.  Our pupils can enjoy a well-balanced meal at an affordable price in the main dining room where they can sit with their friends and socialise.  The additional dining room offers fast food alternatives such as pasta pots and sandwiches.

We pride ourselves at Fisher More on the variety and quality of the food served in our school.  Produce is sourced seasonally from locally renowned suppliers who use only the best.

We run a full catering service starting at 8.15am with breakfast, followed at 11.05am until 11.20am with morning break where items like toast or teacakes can be purchased.  Grab bags containing a packed lunch are also available at break time.

The Key Stage 4 lunch break starts at 12.10pm until 1.00pm.  Key Stage 3 lunch starts at 1.00pm until 1.50pm.  Obviously with 760 children in the school, entry to the dining room has to be staggered so that everyone has time to sit down and eat their food.

There is always a meat option and a vegetarian option as well as jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings, pasta pots and freshly made sandwiches.  Most of our hot puddings and cakes are made in house.

Whilst some items such as drinks and fruit pots are sold individually, pupils can also take advantage of our excellent value “MEAL DEAL” lunch at £2.20.  This would include a drink, hot lunch or sandwich and a pudding or a cake.

Our cashless dining system eliminates any stigma attached to free school meals and payments can be made easily using the electronic system ParentPay
