As part of the Enrichment week we we took 42 KS3 pupils to the beautiful city of York.
The trip was split into 3 parts, with a historical walk along the walls led by Mr Hill (History). Next was an investigation into the flood problems and preventions which were put in place due to the 2015 floods led by Mr Reeves (Geography). Then finally a tour of the stunning setting of York Minster and its features by Mr Barden & Mrs Helliwell (RE).
All students had a fantastic day and were even treated to an ice cream.
We look forward to running the trip again in 2020!
